Generally, a deposit is required to secure exhibition booth bookings and initiate service delivery, with the balance due according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in individual service agreements. Exhibition booth deposits are typically non-refundable once submitted to exhibition organizers, as these funds are immediately transferred to secure booth allocations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VanSon Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our website or services
Any content obtained from our website or services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Decisions made or actions taken based on information provided through our services
